Course Description:
This mini-course aims to clarify a few of the most common grammar errors that cause misunderstandings or breakdowns in communication. Through a variety of exercises and dialogue practice, you will solidify your understanding of grammar rules and enhance your ability to communicate effectively.

  • Previous knowledge expected: Participants should have approximately an A2/B1 level of English (4 years of school English or more).

Course Description:
Presenting information clearly and effectively is a vital skill for communicating in the workplace. This mini course offers a variety of methods for getting your message across including practice in verbal communication, body language, voice projection, posture, and stage presence. Since a good presentation often includes a lively discussion, we will also discuss techniques for leading engaging discussions and fostering productive dialogue.

This mini course if offered for those who wish to improve their meeting management skills. We will explore the advantages and disadvantages of various formats and virtual platforms and discuss best practices for efficiently organizing and preparing for meetings. We will also explore strategies for effectively leading discussions, troubleshooting, and following up for maximum productivity.
